What is Mailshot Anywhere?

Mailshot Anywhere is an eMarketing tool that lets you manage e-mail marketing campaigns by creating them, editing them, sending them and monitoring the response to them.

Campaigns
	A campaign controls each e-mail that is sent out. Once you have your idea for your e-mail marketing, you can create the corresponding campaign. You can have multiple campaigns active at the same time, with one campaign used for each unique e-mail you wish to send out. For example, one e-mail might detail a new product that you wish to send to your oldest cusomers, whilst another might welcome your newest customers to your service. In this case you would set up two campaigns, one called "New product", another called "Welcome to new customers", each with the appropriate e-mail.
On-line authoring
	When setting up your campagin you will want to define the e-mail that gets sent out. The on-line authoring tools of Mailshot Anywhere let you do this easily and quickly. You can edit the HTML source of your e-mail that will be sent to make it look more dynamic, change the address that the e-mail appears to be sent from, and set up a template for all of your e-mails to be based on. Should any of the clients you are sending the e-mail to not accept HTML e-mail you can also check the text version that will be seen in its place.
Send the e-mail
	Sending the e-mail couldn't be simpler! Addressing is done by means of mailing lists. All you need to do is give the mailing list a name and add in the e-mail addresses that are to be included within that list. You can set up multiple mailing lists and send e-mails to more than one list at a time. Once you have chosen which mailing lists to send your e-mail to you can send your e-mail with one simple click.
Check the progress
	Once the campaign has been started and the e-mails have been sent you can check the progress of each individual e-mail sent out in the campaign. We can tell you when the e-mail was recieved, how many times it has been viewed, and whether the recipient has clicked through from the e-mail to your website.
